Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones list CPW mansion for $21.5M

Film legend Michael Douglas has been having fun with “The Kominsky Method,” a funny and sentimental Netflix series that reunites him, sort of, with Kathleen Turner, from their glam days starring in “Romancing the Stone” and “The Jewel of the Nile.”

In real life, Douglas, 76, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, 51 — most recently seen in the “Prodigal Son” on Fox — are celebrating 20 years of marriage, and they have just put their very grand Central Park West digs on the market for $21.5 million.

(They downsized in Westchester in 2019, as we exclusively reported at the time.)

Their posh Upper West Side home is at the Kenilworth, built in 1908 by Townsend, Steinle & Haskell, to look like a 12th-century English castle, which shares its name.

The four-bedroom, 5½-bathroom combo was designed by Thierry Despont.

It comes with lots of entertaining space, high ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, mahogany pocket doors and large rooms with stunning Central Park views.

There’s a living room, wood-paneled corner library, formal dining room and an eat-in chef’s kitchen.

A bedroom suite features a sitting area, a marble bath and two large dressing rooms. Building amenities include a common roof terrace.

The listing broker is Sotheby’s Serena Boardman.
