Ludhiana: Green Land Convent School, New Subhash Nagar, Ludhiana, celebrated World Chocolate Day with enthusiasm. The motive behind the celebrations was to work on speaking skills, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and stretch those creative muscles through fun and interactive activities. To brighten the day of students of Classes I to III to break the monotony of regular teaching, a unique session was conducted through experiential learning. The students from Classes I to III expressed their delight by speaking a few lines or reciting a poem on their favourite chocolate or chocolate dish. Their mouth-watering expression of chocolates was really admirable. It was followed by ‘flameless cooking’ activity for Classes IV and V, which took the onus to create delicious chocolate biscuit ladoos with some sumptuous oreo shake.
