Angelina Jolie wants out of the wine business she shares with ex Brad Pitt.
The “Maleficent” actress filed a petition in LA asking for the removal of a temporary restraining order on their assets that has been in place since she filed for divorce in 2016, E! News reported on Thursday.
Jolie, 46, reportedly wants to offload Nouvel LLC, her wine company with ties to the French vineyard she and Pitt purchased in 2011, called Chateau Miraval. She reportedly acquired Nouvel prior to her 2014 marriage to Pitt.
She reportedly has a buyer interested in scooping up her share of the business, which is why she wants the freeze on their assets lifted, TMZ reported.
The judge has yet to make a decision, according to TMZ.
Jolie filed for divorce from the 57-year-old “Inglourious Basterds” actor in September 2016. The pair, who share six children, were legally declared single in 2019, though their divorce has yet to be finalized.
Pitt won joint custody of their kids in May as their bitter divorce battle rages on.
“Brad was just trying to have more time with his kids — and it has been clear that Angie has done everything possible to prevent this,” a source told us at the time.

While court documents in their case are sealed, Jolie’s accusations over Pitt’s alleged abusive behavior leaked to The Blast in March.
As Page Six exclusively reported at the time, a source close to Pitt said: “Brad is heartbroken that Angelina has gone that route. There’s a lot of emotion left after their marriage.”
Pitt allegedly got into an altercation with his family aboard a private jet in 2016, though he was never charged. He admitted to yelling at his kids during the incident but said he never raised a hand to them.
Jolie visited New York City with all of her children to celebrate her 46th birthday on June 4, where they hit up Gray’s Papaya for hot dogs.
