And Elizabeth Sobinoff, 30, shocked Instagram fans with her latest new look on Thursday as she uploaded a video of herself looking completely unrecognisable.
Sitting on the couch next to a female pal, the former jewellery store manager sported a pair of comically large lips and puffy cheeks, thanks to an Instagram filter that distorted her facial features.

The song Barbra Streisand by Duck Sauce blared in the background as the two women bopped their heads and smiled at the camera.
'Good morning to you. Late to the party with getting on board with this filter,' she wrote in the caption.
'Just breaking up your feed with some fun instead of some of the bs we alllll see,' she added.

While many fans were amused by the tongue-in-cheek video, some mistakenly believed Elizabeth had received dermal fillers to achieve her new look, rather than using a filter.
'Too many fillers :( what happened you were sooo beautiful,' one follower commented in dismay.
Clearly amused, Elizabeth jokingly replied: 'I just couldn’t help myself'.

She has also lost a significant amount of weight, removed her claw-like faux nails and added numerous tattoos.
However, Elizabeth has never admitted to changing her look with cosmetic work such as fillers and Botox.
