Samsung, Nvidia, Qualcomm, AT&T set up 6G research centre with University of Texas

The University of Texas at Austin has joined up with Samsung, AT&T, Nvidia, Qualcomm and Interdigital to launch 6G@UT, a new research centre that wants to lay the groundwork for 6G. Next generation 6G is expected to help power services such as self-driving cars and air taxis, holographic video conferencing, ubiquitous robotics and immersive augmented reality.
