    Hey Everyone,

    First post. I been using Dymatize ISO 100 whey per suggestion of GMC. I’m about 6’3 but about 155. I attribute that to being a long distance runner for many years. I’ve been trying to get stronger for my golf tour events. I’ve especially put a lot of emphasis on arms, shoulders, back and core as those take the most beating during multiple day tour events. I picked that whey as my stomach can be a bit sensitive which is why I used very easy energy gels during races. So far I been slowly getting stronger and the powder hasn’t messed with me. I formerly used ON Gold Standard years ago. I was wondering if I should keep with ISO or if anyone thought there was another option I should look into for mass gain when I run out of powder soon?
