    Easing back to normalcy

According to a TOI report, three countries are all set to reopen their borders for Indian citizens from next week. For instance, Indians can now enter Canada by showing a negative COVID-19 test result taken at the final point of departure to Canada. As of now, there are connecting flights available from India to Canada as direct flights remain prohibited till July 21.

The change comes just in time for the fall academic session with a large number of Indian students required to join German colleges. However, the backlog of visa applications will mean it will take some time before the same is processed — something witnessed by Indian students headed to the US also last month.
