Here, scattered rain has been forecast in the states of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh in Northwest India on July 9. On the other hand, rain has been predicted in East Rajasthan after July 10.
Heavy rain alert in these states
According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain with light to moderate rain may occur at isolated places over Northeast Uttar Pradesh, parts of Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, parts of Assam, parts of Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Telangana, and Coastal Odisha today. . Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy falls at isolated places over Karnataka, South Konkan and Goa, South Madhya Maharashtra, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Marathwada may occur at one or two places. Light to moderate rain may occur over parts of Jharkhand, Interior Odisha, Rayalaseema, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and East Madhya Pradesh. Know where the monsoon will reach from when it will rain
At present, Southwest Monsoon is passing through Barmer, Bhilwara, Dholpur, Aligarh, Meerut, Ambala, and Amritsar. It is being estimated that moist winds coming from the Bay of Bengal will establish in western India from July 8 onwards. Which will gradually spread to the states of Punjab and Haryana in northwest India by July 10. Due to this it will start raining here. With this, by July 10, the Southwest Monsoon will reach Delhi including the remaining parts of Northwest Uttar Pradesh as well as some parts of Punjab and Haryana, Rajasthan. Heavy rain likely on western coast after July 9
With the strengthening of the Southwest Monsoon over the Arabian Sea, a Low-Pressure Area is likely to form over the Bay of Bengal by July 11. Due to this, there is a possibility of heavy rain on the western coasts after July 9. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Konkan, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh due to its effect. Here, heavy rain has been forecast in the interior areas of South Karnataka and Kerala between July 9 and 11. Along with this, there is a possibility of light and heavy rain at some places between July 9 and 11 in Odisha, the Coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Know- when will it rain in Delhi
The IMD had earlier said that the southwest monsoon would reach Delhi around July 10, making it the most delayed in 15 years. Normally the monsoon reaches Delhi by 27th June and covers the entire country by 8th July. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will start decreasing from Thursday. But heatwave conditions may persist in some places. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain daily in the capital from July 8 to 13. From July 10, the rains will be a little heavy, but there is no chance of torrential rain right now. During this, the high temperature will be reduced to between 33 to 35 degrees from July 10 and the minimum temperature between 24 to 25 degrees. Monsoon can also knock in Delhi during this period.
There will be rain in MP and Chhattisgarh too
Apart from this, if we talk about the states of central India, then on July 8, scattered rain will continue in Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh. However, there is a possibility of heavy rain in some places. Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh will receive heavy rains from July 8 onwards. On the other hand, heavy rain has been forecast in West Madhya Pradesh on July 11 and East Madhya Pradesh on July 10.
