Samsung's rumored Galaxy S21 FE smartphone has been spotted on the TENAA website. It is a Chinese regulatory website that offers mandatory certification to devices before they can launch. The listing means the phone is now certified and is most likely closer to an imminent release. It further reveals some of the key specifications which are worth the discussion here.

The first thing to note is that the Galaxy S21 FE bears the model number SM-G9900. The phone is listed with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The battery capacity is 4,370mAh and it is running Android 11. It is a dual-SIM, dual-standby smartphone with support for 5G connectivity.

As for dimensions, it will measure 155.7×74.5×7.9mm which will make it relatively smaller than the Galaxy S20 FE. This should make it more compact than the previous generation smartphone. This is pretty much what is revealed by the TENAA listing and even though it does not say anything about the release date, we can speculate that it should not be too far.

A recent report claimed that Galaxy S21 FE is expected to get official sometime during the last quarter. There are also speculations that it could arrive with an Exynos processor instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon. It is further expected to have an in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, and wireless charging among other premium features.
