Wasim posted a collage of two photos on Twitter. The first photo was a screenshot from a Test match between Australia and Zimbabwe from the 1990s. The video had gone viral on YouTube, legendary Australia spinner Shane Warne had once positioned himself in place of the wicketkeeper. Shane was not wearing any gloves. The main wicket-keeper Ian Healy was standing in first slip in order to effect a run-out.
MS Dhoni Birthday: The second photo is of MS, standing behind the wickets with just one glove on in order to effect a run-out. The photo is from the thrilling match between India and Bangladesh from the 2016 ICC T20 World Cup where Dhoni decided to remove one glove to affect a run-out off the last ball.
Comparing these two situations Jaffer posted this funny meme which grabbed the attention of all the cricket fans.
MS Dhoni Birthday: “Adults: Keep slip fielder in place of WK to execute run out. Legends: Just remove WK glove. Happy Birthday legend @msdhoni,” Jaffer tweeted.
