As many as 15 Cabinet ministers, including some new faces, were sworn-in at the swearing-in ceremony held in the Darbar Hall of the Rashtrapati Bhawan.
Bharatiya Janata Party's Darshana Vikram Jardosh was inducted in PM Modi-led Union Cabinet as a part of major Cabinet reshuffle on Wednesday evening.
Darshana, 60, is a Lok Sabha MP for Surat in Gujarat, serving her 3rd term as MP. She has also been a Corporator of Surat Municipal Corporation and Member of the Gujarat Social Welfare Board. She has served for 4 decades in public life. Darshana is the Director of ‘Sanskruti’, an art and cultural organization.
She has studied BCom from K P Commerce College, Surat.
