TVS Automobile
Solutions (TVS ASL), an independent automotive aftermarket player that is part
of the TVS Group, has announced the launch of its new digital subsidiary ‘Ki
Mobility Solutions’. The company has also raised funds worth Rs 850 billion
from tech investors led by Pratithi Investment Trust and SeaLink Capital
Partners (SCP).
Ki Mobility
Solutions will offer quality, standardised and cost-effective service to
two-wheelers, passenger cars and commercial vehicles across the country. It
also intends on entering other developing and developed countries soon.
The digital
platform comes with a unique offline-to-online model. It aims to include and
provide nearly 10,000 retailers and 20,000 garage owners with a single digital
ecosystem. TVS Automobile Solutions mentioned that the digital platform is a
maiden attempt in the industry to enhance the confidence and livelihood of
automobile entrepreneurs.
TVS Automobile Solutions also acquired 100% of
goBumpr, one of the largest B2C service aggregation platforms. The move will
strengthen the value proposition to end customers.
