The GO included that the government has the power to fix the price of the ticket or rather change the price from movie to movie. Earlier during the release of Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab movie, the jagan government released such a GO that had a huge effect on the movie and people protested against it. Now we don't if this move of the government is trying to make a political tackle or has some other plans that indirectly links to decrease the risk of covid spread.

However, the theatre owners are deeply in a dissatisfied state due to this new order brought by the government. As they have been closed for several months and in light of many upcoming huge movies this relaxation was only their hope to regain from the abyss.
