Sania Mirza and Rohan Boppana lose the first set 3-6 in their mixed doubles Round of 16 match against 14th seeds Andreja Klepac and Jean-Julien Rojer. The match has been however suspended again due to rain.
Ashleigh Barty cruises into the semi-finals with a 6-1, 6-3 win over fellow Australian Ajla Tomljanovic. Angelique Kerber reaches another semi-final in London with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Karolina Muchova. Aryna Sabalenka makes her first semi-final with a 6-4, 6-3 win against Ons Jabeur. Karolina Pliskova produced another dominating performance as she beat Viktorija Golubic 6-2, 6-2.
Second seed Daniil Medvedev was knocked out by Polish Hubert Hurkacz in the fourth round as they returned on Tuesday after rain suspended their match on Monday night. Hurkacz beat Medvedev 2-6, 7-6(2), 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 to advance to his first Grand Slam quarter-final.

Coco Gauff and Caty McNally lost their women's doubles Round of 16 match against the Russian pair of Veronika Kudermetova and Elena Vesnina 6-7(0), 6-4, 3-6. Gauff and McNally were the 12th seeds.

Wimbledon 2021: Former champion Angelique Kerber put up a strong show to beat an error-prone Karolina Muchova 6-2 6-3 to reach the semi-finals.
Sania Mirza and Rohan Bopanna mixed doubles Round of 16 match resumed after rain had suspended it and the Indian duo lost the first set 3-6 to 14th seeds Andreja Klepac and Jean-Julien Rojer. However, the match has been suspended due to rain once again.
World No.1 Ashleigh Barty made the Wimbledon 2021 semi-finals with a 6-1, 6-3 win over fellow Australian Ajla Tomljanovic. This is her first last four at Wimbledon and here is what she had to say after the match.
"Ajla is an incredible competitor. I have practiced with her, we are Fed Cup teammates. She is a great competitor, all Aussies are proud of her. It was great to share the court with her today.
"This is a dream come true. I know you hear that a lot but this is my dream and I am glad I have the opportunity to come out here and enjoy and live my dream.
"It's the ultimate test, she has had success here, had the best fortnight here possible. I love these kind of match-ups. I hope I can give myself the chance here again."

Second seed Aryna Sabalenka and 21st seed Ons Jabeur take on each other in the Wimbledon 2021 quarter-final at the Centre Court.
