Ferne McCann has offered fans a glimpse into the idyllic Cornwall getaway she went on with her daughter Sunday and a group of her friends.

The former TOWIE star, 30, took to Instagram to share a number of pictures taken during her recent staycation in Cornwall with her 2.6million followers, across two different posts.

The most recent collection of images, which were uploaded to her social platform on Tuesday, Ferne showcased a picturesque boat trip she took with Sunday and her friends.

Among the images uploaded by Ferne was a picture of her sat in a white rowboat, with Sunday sitting on her lap as she laughed away with her friends.

All of the adults had a glass of drink in their hands as they bobbed along the water in Cornwall. 

A short, slow motion clip of the group of friends travelling along in the boat was also among the media shared online by Ferne.

Meanwhile, Ferne also revealed she had embarked on a hike while caravaning in Cornwall, with a sweet picture showing her walking along a forest trail while holding Sunday's hand.

The group seemed to have embarked on a number of walks, with another photograph revealing the troupe had ambled alongside a harbour area while on their travels. 

Her daughter featured prominently among the images uploaded to Instagram, with a picture of her stood on the beach in a Minnie Mouse top, and a photo of her receiving a personalised dessert at a restaurant among those that were uploaded.

Captioning the latest collection of images, Ferne wrote: 'Wow what a trip. I’ve never been to a more beautiful place in the UK. 

'I will 100% be back so many wonderful beaches to visit. The best memories made with my princess and besties.'

And on Tuesday, Ferne also uploaded a selection of additional photos of her trip to Cornwall.

She started the photo montage with a sweet group photo showing herself, sitting next to her friends, with Sunday perched on her lap.

The group are all flashing grins as they sit together on a beach for the photograph.

The beach pictures didn't stop there though, with Ferne also uploading an adorable image of her giving Sunday a kiss as she holds her daughter up in her arms.

Still at the beach, in another striking image, Sunday stands on the sand and stares out across the water as the Sun begins to set. 

Ferne also made sure to showcase her fashion pedigree as she put on a number of stunning outfits during the getaway.

In one image, standing on front of her caravan, Ferne flashed cleavage in a plunging white top, which she paired with short black leggings and impressively tall cowboy boots. 

In another, she put on a racy display as she posed in a close-up shot, wearing a bright orange bikini top.

Writing a caption for the earlier collection of photos, Ferne said: 'Well this trip…I’ve laughed so hard that I’ve cried. 

'We could of jetted off to Ibiza or Majorca but we stuck to Cornwall…..in a campervan and what a beautiful trip it has been. The ultimate #staycation with my baby girl and besties.'

Ferne's Cornwall getaway comes a month after she split from Jack Padgett.

Ferne and the marketing manager were first linked in December and she later gushed that he was 'The One', with them moving in together during lockdown.

However the duo have now called it quits, with a source saying they're 'on different paths' and the end of lockdown made it 'clear' their lifestyles didn't match up.

A source close to Jack & Ferne confirmed the break up to MailOnline and said it was clear when lockdown started to lift their work and lifestyles were just too different.  

They said: 'Ferne's an early bird up first thing for work and Jack's events are all night time. They got on great but it's hard to make things work when they were like passing ships.' 

While a source also told The Sun: 'Ferne said it was a case of 'right guy wrong time'. It was clear to all of us that they were both on different paths.

'She's sad but she's realistic about the situation... She has no regrets. They both got on great and had a lot of fun, but you need more than that in a relationship.'
