Hi! I am looking advice on losing my last 15 - 20lbs. I have lost 80lbs about 3 years ago. I am currently 145lbs and am having trouble losing my last few lbs. I eat about 1000 calories. Per day with less then 50gm of carbs. I started this back about 2 weeks ago and have gained 5 lbs. I currently do home workouts bc of my schedule but am willing to squeeze in more gym time if needed. All information and comments are welcome and i thank you for taking the time!!
