Kalyan-Dombivli: No Covid-19 vaccination on Thursday

THANE: Once again, the Covid-19 vaccination drive in Kalyan-Dombivli has been suspended for Thursday.
In a fortnight, this is for the seventh time the drive has been suspended.
Earlier, the drive was suspended on June 27, June 29, June 30, July 1, and July 2, July 5 and July 7.
The Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal corporation (KDMC) has been facing a shortage of vaccines.
However, the KDMC did not specify the reason for cancelling Thursday's drive.
"Vaccination at all centres in the KDMC area will remain shut on July 8," said the civic body in a tweet.

Meanwhile, the KDMC area has reported 199 new Covid-19 cases.
