By: Shaurya ShubhamThis month Sony is offering four games for free to its PS Plus users. The list includes Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, WWE 2K Battlegrounds, Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown and A Plague Tale: Innocence.
All the games will be available starting July 6 and until Aug 2, 2021
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is already a well known action FPS game. The game was released back in 2018. It features multiplayer modes along with a zombie mode and is now available for free to all PS Plus subscribers.
Black Ops 4 was the first CoD game to introduce a dedicated battle royale mode called Blackout. The Blackout is a large-map which brings together all the weapons, iconic characters, locations from across the series.
The game comes with a new story mode and unique characters and battlegrounds for players to unlock. Apart from this, it also features different match types like Steel Cage, Royal Rumble and more. The game also comes with online and local multiplayer modes.
The WWE 2K Battlegrounds is the latest game in the WWE franchise. The game was launched in 2020 and is now available for free to all PS Plus subscribers. This is an over-the-top, arcade action game that features iconic characters and legends
A Plague Tale is a critically acclaimed title that was first released on PS4 back in 2019. The game was later optimised for PS5 and now offers 4K native resolution at 60fps, improved visuals and faster loading time.
The story of the game is based on a young girl Amicia and his little brother Hugo and the fight is for survival against the brutal and unforgiving world.
Sega’s Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown is also a part of July’s PS Plus free game list. It’s a 3D fighting game with HD graphics. The game comes with features like custom tournaments with up to 16 players, ranked match, arcade and more.
