And Orlando Bloom displayed his reinvention of the classic suit on Monday, as he sported a black mid layer to attend the Louis Vuitton Parfum dinner in Paris.
The actor, 44, sported the £855 piece previously worn by other stars such as Timothée Chalamet and Michael B. Jordan, as he joined fiancée Katy Perry for the star-studded occasion.

Orlando sported the black harness piece with a buttoned white shirt and black trousers as he posed with singer Katy.
The mid layer is available in multiple prints and styles with prices ranging from £855 to £2,010.
Despite appearing to resemble a harness, Louis Vuitton's creative director Virgil Abloh previously stated it's actually called a 'bib.'

He's the latest A-lister to wear Louis Vuitton's so-called mid layer, which he teamed with a simple white shirt and black trousers. Michael B. Jordan and Timothee Chalamet have both tried the trend too!

The night out comes after Katy posted a romantic snap of her kissing fiancé Orlando as they posed at the luxury Six Senses Kaplankaya resort in Turkey.
The couple appeared to be on cloud nine as they posed at the luxury, private escape, that boast spacious, multi-bedroom residences, all with private infinity pools overlooking the sparkling Aegean sea.
The duo are currently enjoying a break across Europe with their 10-month old daughter Daisy and previously stopped off in Italy and Greece.
