Indore, MP, July 6 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court granted bail – against sureties of Rs 50,000 each – on Tuesday to three women who stand accused in the honeytrap case.
Justice Subodh Abhyankar heard the petitions of Shweta Jain, another Shweta Jain and Monika Yadav together. The defence counsel submitted that the trio have spent in excess of one-and-a-half years in judicial custody and hearings may take a considerable amount of time as the number of witnesses exceeds 50.
