Back to back vacation are preventing me from getting my body back on track.
Hi! So this is my first time ever posting on this forum so hopefully I’m not breaking to rules however! I just had an issue dealing with anxiety around my body! I’m so grateful to have went and going to go on this summer but lots of the time I am with other people, therefore I feel as if I can’t workout. I’ve been running a lot as well and now I feel like I can’t do that. I’m on vacation right now and only have 4 days before we go back on vacation (Thankfully I will be able to workout on the one.). I don’t think that will be enough again for my abs to get back into shape. I was also PMS so that was pretty unmotivating because I knew I had results it was just that my bloating was hiding it! I just want to feel as confident as possible in a bikini but now that I can’t be as active I’m stressed out. Has this happened to any of y’all’s?
