Hello everyone, it’s been 7 days since I’ve started bulking and I’ve already gained 4kg.
I’m really worried because I’ve lost over 30kg. It’s made me nervous about bulking up.
Is this all fat or is it water weight?

Unless you have eaten a total surplus of ~35k calories (surplus, not just total calories) no way it could be all fat. Mostly water, glycogen, food in system, ect.
