    Gained 4kg in a week!

    Hello everyone, it’s been 7 days since I’ve started bulking and I’ve already gained 4kg.

    I’m really worried because I’ve lost over 30kg. It’s made me nervous about bulking up.

    Is this all fat or is it water weight?

    Honestly a lot of it is probably poop.

    Don't eat too big of a surplus though. Beyond a certain level (~500 calories or so IIRC) it's just going to add fat and provides no advantage.

    Squat: 375
    Deadlift: 495

    Unless you have eaten a total surplus of ~35k calories (surplus, not just total calories) no way it could be all fat. Mostly water, glycogen, food in system, ect.
