President Ram Nath Kovind today appointed several Governors across the country. Thawarchand Gehlot, who is currently the Cabinet Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment in India, to take over as the next Governor of Karnataka. Hari Babu Kambhampati has been appointed as Governor of Mizoram, Mangubhai Chhaganbhai Patel as Governor of Madhya Pradesh, and Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar as Governor of Himachal Pradesh.
