Movicel gets new shareholder and management

Angolan operator Movicel has a new shareholding structure, following the arrival of Angolan group GAFP with a 38 percent stake, reports Expansao. However, the Angolan state still has the majority (57%), divided across four entities: INSS (25%), Angola Telecom (18%), Infrasat (12%) and Post Office of Angola (2%). The new shareholder also has a 30 percent stake in Infrasat, meaning that it has an additional 3 percent of Movicel.
