Last friday we went with friends to cabin in woods. First day we were super hungry because we didn´t bring enought food and we were heavy drinking at night 72% liquor and we were having not more than 5 hours of sleep each night. And the next 2 days were basicaly the same. Now we came home and I feel like I lost a lot of muscle mass. I don´t have defined lower back gap anymore lost back wideness some chest mass and so on. I am thinner and feel very tired. How long will it take to recover from those days and get my muscles back?
