Sylvester Stallone rang in his 75th birthday surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday.
The Rocky star showed off a customized cake gifted to him from trainer Gunnar Peterson while documenting the festivities on his Instagram.
'I walk into the gym and this is what is waiting for me,' he captioned a snap of him holding a blue cake with an image of him flexing one of biceps.
