Potatoes also make good projectiles for potato canons. The canon is made from PVC pipe and uses hairspray as a combustible propellant. I kept one in my trunk of my Monte Carlo Super Sport. There was a bar out in the country by some railroad tracks. We'd shoot passing rail cars with the potato canon after 2am.
