Want a body like Isabelle Mathers? The Bella Hadid lookalike model, 22, revealed her surprisingly easy workout secrets in a video she posted to Instagram last week
The model was clad in a loose-fitting olive crop-top and a pair of tight bicycle shorts in the footage, which she shared on her 1.5million follower-strong Instagram page.
Isabelle first did four sets of 15 sissy squats - which involves locking your feet in a fixed position and leaning right back - to engage her core and legs.
She then did 20 weighted walking lunges, focusing on taking short steps to focus on building her quads.

The Gold Coast beauty then moved onto 10 weighted box squats, to ensure she was taking care to keep her booty trim and firm.
The runway star then moved onto 10 Plate Good Mornings - a hamstring and hip extension movement with weight on the shoulders - to 20 elevated glute bridges, in which she lowered the tailbone towards the floor while holding the weights on the hips.
She then went into 10 elevated single leg glute bridges, in which her upper body rested on the floor as she squeezed her muscles and lifted her waist.
Isabelle told her fans to do three to four sets of those exercises.
'hii bbys, thought i would try something a little different for this one and show you what it's really like filming my workouts with my no. 1 motivator,' she captioned the video.
'I wanted to share a live workout so you can see my tempo for each rep/exercise! keep in mind i was still sore so I took it a little easier than usual.'
Isabelle previously spoke to Daily Mail's FEMAIL about her day on a plate.

'After breakfast I make a protein shake with almond milk and a banana added. Lunch is generally sushi, a burger or a salad wrap or sandwich.
'For dinner I have some type of protein with veggies and I won't lie, I always have something sweet like chocolate after dinner.'
She admitted her fashion sense changes from 'really girly' to grungier, adding most of what she wears is inspired by shoots she appears in.
