Popular radio duo Greg and Lucky are back on air!
The stars made their comeback on 1 July on new Joburg-based community radio station StarFM 91.9.
Operated by the Gauteng Media Development Project, StarFM 91.9 "broadcasts to the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg and promises listeners "The Best Local Music and More," a press statement revealed.
Greg and Lucky became household names as part of the 947 family, where they rose in the ranks, eventually hosting the drive show. The duo then moved to 947's weekend slot before Lucky eventually waved goodbye to the station in mid-2020. Greg followed suit in early 2021.
Now they are excited to be back on air, hosting StarFM's breakfast show.
Other hosts added to the station's line-up includes Mzi, Mantsoe Pout and Justin and Sibs.
