    Mass Stack For Someone 5+ Years Off Supplements

    Hey,

    5+ years ago I was pretty heavy into bodybulding and took every supplement on the planet but after a decent injury I've been off most things. I've lost a lot of muscle since but now recovered and and my workouts are good but I need that kick in the ass. I was pretty knowledgable on brands and ingredients but tbh most of the ingredients I took are now banned.

    I'm really after a stack. I'll get some creatine but would like both a stimulent and non stimulent preworkout in capsule form only. This is because I'm going to keep it in the car and I completley understand powder is way better value for money. Also after a test booter product as my test is on the lower side for someone my age (35). I use to also take NO products also back in the day which might be good to add.

    I used to go heavy on preworkouts, 2 scoops on the strongest stuff you could buy from America (I now live in Australia) and felt like I was going to explode, but need to be more responsible now. In terms of tolerance, a C4 serving has absolutely no effect on me, so it needs to be stronger than that.

    Can anyone recommend what's good these days, any mass stacks from the same company?

    Probably not what you want to hear but most of those supplements are useless. The best mass stack is food and a program centered around progressive overload. So use the money you were going to spend on supplements and spend it on decent food

    Creatine is the only natural supplement known to have any benefit so you could use that and you could supplement vitamin d if you don't get much sun. Maybe throw in a multivitamin as well and some caffeine preworkout which is a coffee for me. Anything else is just useless mate
