Orient Refractories Ltd has informed the exchange regarding changing of the name of the company.
The Company's name has been changed from “Orient Refractories Limited” to “RHI Magnesita India Limited” with effect from 2nd July 2021, pursuant to which a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Orient Refractories fabricates metal products. The Company manufactures slide gate plates, nozzles and well blocks, tundish nozzles, bottom purging refractories and top purging lances, slag arresting darts, basic spray mass for tundish working lining, and castables.
At around 1:20 PM, the scrip was trading at Rs326.30 apiece up by Rs4.15 or 1.29% from its previous closing of Rs322.15 apiece on the BSE.
