Coracobrachialis Pain from Benchpress - 2+ Weeks

    Hello,

I need some assistance guys. I've been working out 4-6 times a week with a heavy focus on benchpressing. About 2 weeks ago, I started feeling a pain in my left arm's Coracobrachialis. It's gotten to the point where it's so bad that I haven't trained chest in 2+ weeks. I've massaged it, applied hot and cold treatment, muscle pain ointment, stretched it. Everything. However this thing still hurts.

It's not the bicep or bicep tendonitis because I can still train biceps with no pain. It's not the shoulder because I can do front dumbell raises with no pain.

Once I lie on my back and put my arm in the 90 degree angle for benchpressing, I can literally feel the CB get tight and get painful.

What can I do guys? I want to start back benching.
