In a first, Delhi batsman Subodh Bhati has slammed unbeaten 205 runs off just 79 balls which comprised 17 each sixes and fours.

In a club T20 tournament, Subodh Bhati wrecked-havoc with a double century to helps Delhi XI post 256 runs on the scorecard while playing against Simba. He finished his innings at a massive strike rate of 259.49.

Notably, even the biggest names in world cricket- Chris Gayle, AB De Villiers, Virat Kohli, Andre Russell, Kieron Pollard have also failed to achieve the feat of smashing T20 double century. Gayle tops the list with unbeaten 175 runs in an IPL fixture against PWI in 2013.

However, this is not the first time Subodh Bhati has slammed double century in T20 cricket. He had earlier slammed 57-ball 207 for Sangeum Cricketers, which comprised of 21 sixes and 13 fours in 2018, reported sportstiger.com.
