Hello everyone, I have been doing Fierce 5 since December and I would say that I have been making a decent progress in terms of my lift. However, all of the gyms near my place will be closed for 3 weeks starting today. The only equipment that I have at home is a pull up bar. I planned to continue the program when it reopens and I would expect that my lift will decrease the next time I come back to the gym.
Does anyone have any tips to minimize the strength loss?
Should I eat at a deficit, surplus or maintenance? (Assuming that I have lots of body fat)
Should I completely rest or should I do a couple of pushups, pullups or any other exercises?
Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you
