Hey, i have a question. I sleep poorly when i eat before bed. My last meal of the day is usually oats+protein+milk+some fruits and i like to have it like 3-4 hours before bed. My goal is muscle building and what i know, people recommend to eat 30-60 minutes before bed and even have higher protein meal. My question is, if its that big problem for muscle building, if i had meal 4 hours before sleep and i should have something right before, or is it ok ? thanks
