The 28-year-old showcased her impressively lean post-baby body during a boxing class at her local gym in Byron Bay on Friday.
The makeup-free model showcased her washboard abs in grey shorts and a black crop top while snapping a post-workout mirror selfie for Instagram.

The clip, which was recorded at a Pilates studio, highlighted Elyse's strength as she pulled herself up on metal bars with her ankles resting in straps.

The former Block winner drew attention to her athletic frame in a yellow crop top and black shorts, and swept her blonde hair into a topknot.
'Getting my strength back, not for you, just for me,' wrote Elyse, who often praises the mental-health benefits of exercise.
'Last week with no restrictions,' she added for clarification.

Elyse, who is already back to work, recently said she feels no pressure to lose weight following the birth of her son, Sonny.
'To be honest, I really don't care. This is me, this is my mum body now. I'm completely confident, happy and relaxed. I don't have time to worry about that stuff anymore,' she said.

Elyse posted a series of pictures on Instagram that contrasted how she looked prior to her son's arrival with her appearance now.
'Pre baby glow vs "holy s** t I'm a milking cow with my eye balls hanging out of my head". But love every second of it,' she captioned the post.
Elyse and her fiancé, Josh Barker, welcomed Sonny on February 25.
