Do you change your workouts around 3 day weekends?

Here in the United States, we have a 3 day weekend. Monday is a holiday. Just wondered if anyone does anything different with their workouts when there is a 3 day weekend. I may do some light cardio out in the sun on Monday. By light cardio I mean operating a chain saw and trimming limbs at properties, putting the limbs in my dump truck, then burning them in a bonfire in my back yard.

What do you do with your exercise program on a 3 day weekend?

No change for me unless there's an actual obligation that makes it very inconvenient to train.
Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?

I train every other day, doesn’t make a difference what day it is. That said, If I miss a day, I just pick it up the following day.

If I stay on schedule, I’ll be training Saturday and Monday.
