They said: 'This will make for delicious viewing for all those people who know how difficult life can be beyond the confines of a social media bubbles.
'They certainly won't be tethered to their mobiles and laptops like they usually would.
'But the overall aim of the show isn't to punish anyone or be cruel, it's just intended to be an eye-opening experience which has a distinct feel-good factor.'

The show, which is set to put contestants through their paces like similar series SAS: Who Dares Wins, is believed to be aired on Netflix later this year or early next year.
Netflix declined to comment when approached by MailOnline.
The reported new show has also been likened to Snowflake Mountain with Ant Middleton, which was being developed by Channel 4.
In the Channel 4 series, the 40-year-old former soldier would have given young contestants the shock of their lives in the wilderness.
The show was unfortunately called to a halt before it had begun. Ant has since parted ways with the channel.

It comes amid reports that the next series of Channel 4's SAS: Who Dares Wins is in doubt as bosses are struggling to find a replacement for Ant.
Producers have reportedly held emergency meetings in June as the show tries to cope with the Covid traffic lights travel system.
A source told The Sun replacing Ant, 40, has proved difficult after he was dropped by Channel 4 due to his alleged 'personal conduct'.
The insider alleged that bosses are keen for the first season without the usual front-man to be staged in a show-stopping destination such as th African desert.
However they said: 'They're struggling to replace Ant. They can't bring in a complete novice. It's got to be someone who has that star appeal of Ant.'

A Channel 4 spokesperson told MailOnline at the time: 'We are still in the early stages of planning the next series of SAS: Who Dares Wins, so it is too early to confirm the details.
'Lots of options are being considered but it is shaping up to be another spectacular but brutal series. As with all Channel 4 productions, strict Covid guidelines will be followed.'
Ant was dropped by Channel 4 - the home of SAS: Who Dares Wins UK - due to his alleged 'personal conduct,' with the presenter fiercely denying claims that he was axed for making 'inappropriate' or 'lewd comments' to female staff on set.
Speaking on a recent podcast, he hit out at 'victim mentality' and said he's 'too far gone now to be completely cancelled'.
He said: 'I can get as drunk as a skunk and that's not in my nature, that's not who I am. My family knows that and my wife knows that.
'I'm more of a boys' boy – let's f*** off the chicks and go and have a drink with the lads. It makes me realise how this victim mentality is really taking over.
'My career could be cancelled if I wasn't who I am. I'm too far gone and too long in the tooth now to be completely cancelled.'
Ant went on to claim there has been a 'witch hunt' against him in the UK, remarking: 'Witch hunt? I never thought that existed until the latest shenanigans with SAS UK.'

Controversy: It was previously reported that Ant was heard telling a contestant he wanted to have sex with her during filming, leading a member of production to complain to bosses
