Fact check
The viral video is neither from Bharuch nor is the arrested man Siraj Mohd Anwar.
The video is from the evening of 27 June when the Ahmedabad Police crime branch arrested wanted criminal Kishor Luhar along with three others from an eatery in Gujarat’s Amarpura village.
Luhar’s involvement is suspected in 14 offences, including robbery and rape.
According to a Times of India report, Luhar was involved in seven offences in Ahmedabad city, five in Banaskantha district and two in Sirohi and Khalor districts of Rajasthan.
The police also recovered a pistol from him along with a magazine and five live cartridges.
