So this is my body goal, I want to look something like this (around 10% BF I guess?) athletic refined build, huge shoulders + huge chest with a small waist and solid glutes + not a big quads development. Basically to focus on upper front side + glutes with a low bf.
How its this possible to achieve? Abs looks very cut but everything else looks with a higher BF, so basically thats what I want, a very solid muscular toned up withotu getting big with a good abs definition. Also I'm looking forward to that V-shape in the waist, how its possible to achieve that? which work out are the best for that?.
Should I stick with All-Pro beginner routine or pick an splits routine?
