Eight new courts will soon be opened in Rajasthan. Amidst the waning effect of the second wave of Corona in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced the opening of 8 new courts and staff in the assembly during the state budget year 2021-22, the debate on the budget, and the announcements made during the discussion on the Finance and Appropriation Bill.
With this decision of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, it will be easy for the parties to get justice at the local level and the pending cases in the courts will be disposed of soon.
CM Gehlot up-gradation of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Court at Todarai Singh of Tonk district to Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court and opening of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Courts at Anandpuri in Banswara district, Chauth Ka Barwara of Sawai Madhopur and Uchhain in Bharatpur.
Similarly, the proposal to open Additional District Judge Courts at Kuchaman City and Ladnun in Nagaur district, Niwai of Tonk, and Bassi of Jaipur Metropolitan I have been approved.
