Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Vivek Kudva and Rupa Kudva.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20210607-29 dated June 07, 2021 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated July 01, 2021 directed that direction No. (i) of paragraph No. 56 of the impugned order shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
