Shentel to distribute special dividend after mobile ops sale

Shenandoah Telecommunications (Shentel) will be distributing a special dividend of USD 18.75 per share, following the successful sale of its mobile operations to T-Mobile US. The dividend will be paid out on 2 August to shareholders on record at the close of day on 13 July.
