Over the last year Sood has leveraged Clubhouse as a force for good, and the power of social audio as well as media to raise awareness, mobilize resources and fundraise to make meaningful connections to save lives on the ground during the pandemic and end social injustice and has launched campaigns through his Club We The Future (WTF).
Earlier in the month Sood was invited up on stage by Paul Davison and Rohan Seth the founders of Clubhouse to share thoughts on Operation #HOPE at the first-ever Town-hall to Welcome India. This prompted a partnership between Sood and Jainn to explore and how they can combine resources to unlock the power of social technologies to power good, combined with the giving economy to accelerate the creators journey to bring #HOPE to the world.
Sood is passionate about giving a voice to the voiceless and finding effective solutions that drive positive social change in society. He is currently about to embark on an Executive PhD at the Indian School of Business where he will further explore the intersection of the creator economy and how social technologies like Clubhouse and immersive experiences like live summits can be harnessed by institutions like the United Nations to help achieve the 17 Global Goals and solve for some of the wolds most urgent intractable challenges that range from COVID-19 to Climate Change.

As people enter the new normal and begin to recover from the devastating global pandemic as vaccines roll out and prove effective Sood believes that we need to give people hope. To do this he is currently working towards hosting the worlds first-ever International Day of #HOPE that he hopes to convene in the fall of 2021 and then launch formally in the fall of 2022. The goal is to reimagine the future of everything rebuilding our selves from the inside out and making sure that our future is secure and sustainable by design and intention.
As a world-renowned impact entrepreneur, strategist and curator of the future, Sood won the GEC Award and UN Award for Social Impact. He is adept at empowering innovators and social entrepreneurs to turn their dreams into real world impact and has been doing so using disruptive technologies like Clubhouse during the pandemic to bring hope to the hopeless and provide help to the most vulnerable populations and people in need given the focus of Operation #HOPE.
Operation #HOPE was launched on Earth Day and will begin its mission in September during UNGA week and over the course of the year lead up to holding the worlds first-ever International Day of Hope in partnership with multiple stakeholders that will include a charter for creating charter of Cities of Hope and Countries of Hope in collaboration with the United Nations, X Prize Foundation and NASA. Global leaders from all walks of life will unite in action from around the world as a symbol of solidarity for the last years global pandemic as we look to build and co-create a better future.
