Thinking of getting all my protein in just 3 or 4 meals Instead of 6, saves time you see. Nothing wrong with 70g protein for a meal right?
I am no expert but from what i understand the protein intake should be spread throughout the day.
Right. 4 eggs, an equal portion of fat free cottage cheese and a shake with one scoop and you're there for 800-900 calories.

If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
