    70g protein in one meal?

    Thinking of getting all my protein in just 3 or 4 meals Instead of 6, saves time you see. Nothing wrong with 70g protein for a meal right?

    That's fine as it's the overall daily amount that counts the most. 3-4 is fine. 6 and the benefit, if any is negligible
