Rahul Gandhi criticizes Centre, says July aa gaya, vaccine nahi ayi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday launched a sharp attack on the central government, Gandhi tweeted in Hindi saying July has come but vaccines are still not in India, with the hashtag #wherearevaccines.

Replying to Gandhi’s tweet, the Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan tagged the Congress party and said the party needs a leadership overhaul.

Vardhan said, he has already put all the facts about the availability of vaccines in India, still Gandhi asking such question. What is Rahul Gandhi Ji’s problem? Does he not read? Does he not understand? There is no vaccine for the virus of arrogance and ignorance!! Congress must think of a leadership overhaul, Vardhan added

Harsh Vardhan shared a newspaper article and said, the Congress-ruled states like Rajasthan and Punjab are profiteering is in vogue in the Congress-ruled States. Vardhan said bloated prices of oxygen concentrators purchased by Rajasthan Govt is the main reason behind corruption, asked Congress leader to focus on such dark problems first.

Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh on Tuesday asked the Central government for more doses of Covid-19 vaccines, saying the state running out of vaccines and need them on an urgent basis. Singh said they have only limited stock of Covishield and Covaxin which will end anytime soon.

Singh said the state government had many times raised the issue of shortage of vaccines with the Centre, this time he would take the matter to Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan.
