Balayya's 'Akhanda' is highly anticipated since the teaser and promos of the movie evoked a lot of curiosity among the fans. The team is yet to shoot the movie completely and still climax portions with an astounding action sequence and a dream song portion are pending. Apart from these, patchwork shooting is also left to be shot.

Apart from these, patchwork shooting is also left to be shot. 


Boyapati has already fixed locations in chittoor and kadapa districts for the climax shooting and as pragya jaiswal never came to the spot, the entire shooting is kept on hold now. Nandamuri balakrishna recently visited the shooting spot at kadapa and was taking a personal look over the sets erected for the climax action sequence. The entire unit of 'Akhanda' was busy in the climax sequence shoot.


As the female lead, pragya jaiswal never arrived, the shooting was called off and balayya waited for her until evening and left the spot. Now, there are speculations that boyapati is planning to do some action scenes without the female lead and then merge her portions through editing works. The song sequence shooting will be crafted separately later and they will be shot indoors at ramoji film city Studios.
