Ludhiana: Young IRS officers bag prestigious awards on GST Day

LUDHIANA: Several Indian Revenue Services (IRS) officials of the department polsted in Ludhiana have bagged prestigious commendation certificates at all India and zonal levels for their exceptional services on the occasion of Goods and Services Tax Day which is being commemorated on Friday across the country.
2016-batch IRS officer Tanya Bains, who posted as deputy commissioner (anti-evasion), has been awarded with the all India commendation certificate.
Vivek Rathee, a 2013-batch officer, who is currently posted as deputy commissioner (North) has been awarded zonal level commendation certificate.
Other officials who have bagged zonal level commendation certificates include additional commissioner Shweta Bector, assistant commissioner Hemant Kumar Jain, and inspectors Anurag Bishnoi and Abhishek Sanger.
