I'm a male, and currently 6'1 at almost 300 pounds, completely out of shape. I'm just now starting to work out, but I've heard its good to take some sort of preworkout supplement. Problem is, there are waaay too many and I have no idea what would be a good brand, or even what kinds of ingredients I should be looking for. My goal is to shed all of the fat and start building my muscles. What sort of suggestions do you guys have?
