Dutch ProRail takes measure to prevent interference in telephony system

Dutch railway network infrastructure provider ProRail says it has taken technical measures to ensure that it will not experience a network failure as took place in May. On the last day of that month, train traffic came to a standstill nationwide because of a problem with the telephony system that affected the operation of signals and switches.
